RESOLUTION

A RESOLUTION TO CONSIDER GRANTING AN EASEMENT TO RAPPAHANNOCK ELECTRIC COOPERATIVE (REC) IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE OPERATION OF THE WASTE WATER TREATMENT FACILITY AT THE WARRENTON-FAUQUIER AIRPORT

            WHEREAS, as a part of the addition of the Waste Water Treatment facility at the Warrenton-Fauquier Airport, it is necessary to provide an easement to Rappahannock Electric Cooperative to provide electric service to the site; and

WHEREAS, on October 14, 2004, the Board of Supervisors held a public hearing to receive citizens’ comments; now, therefore, be it

            RESOLVED by the Fauquier County Board of Supervisors this 14^th day of October 2004, That the County Administrator or his designee be, and is hereby, authorized to execute a Right of Way Easement Agreement with Rappahannock Electric Cooperative to provide electric service for the operation of the Waste Water Treatment Facility at the Warrenton-Fauquier Airport.
