A Resolution to
Consider Granting an Easement to Dominion
Virginia Power in Conjunction with the Operation
of the Leachate Treatment Facility at the
Landfill

Topic Description: |
|
In conjunction with the addition of the Leachate Treatment facility at the
Landfill, it is necessary to provide an easement to Dominion Virginia Power in
order to provide electric service to the treatment facility. A public hearing
is required for approval of the easement. Previous existing easements will also
be extinguished if no longer required.

Requested Action of the
Board of Supervisors:

Conduct a public hearing to receive citizens’ comments and consider adoption of
attached resolution.

Financial Impacts Analysis: |
|
Funds for the installation of service are available in the Landfill Enterprise
fund for this purpose |
