20.      Comprehensive Plan Text Amendment –A proposed amendment to Chapter Six – Service Districts of the Comprehensive Plan.  With the completion of the nine service districts, the introductory portion of Chapter 6 needs to be updated to be compatible with all the changes and recommendations contained in those adopted elements.
