In order to provide electrical service to the new
Ensors Shop Tower Site, it is necessary to provide an easement to
NOVEC. A public
hearing is required for approval of the easement.

Action of the Board of Supervisors:

Conduct a public hearing to receive citizen comments and consider
adoption of attached
resolution.
