In order to relocate a portion of Old Ebeneezer
Church Road at the
Warrenton-Fauquier
Airport
, it is necessary to provide
easements to Rappahannock Electric Cooperative (REC) and Verizon
for the relocation of utilities.
A public hearing is required for approval of the easement.

Action of the Board of Supervisors:

Conduct a public hearing to receive citizen comments and consider
adoption of attached
resolution.

Financial
Impacts Analysis:

The Airport improvement project is funded by Federal and State grants.
Utility relocation is a part of the project budget.
