Topic:

A Resolution Authorizing Adding the Position Titles of Litter Control/Recycling Laborer and Litter Control/Recycling Team Leader to the Fauquier County Government Position Classification and Compensation Plan

Topic Description:

The Board of Supervisors granted the Department of Environmental Services three additional positions.  Position questionnaires were completed and forwarded to DMG Maximus for analysis.  DMG Maximus titled and graded the positions as follows:

            Position Title                                                                  Position Grade

            Litter Control/Recycling Laborer                                         16

            Litter Control/Recycling Team Leader                                  20

A request is made to add the position titles of Litter Control/Recycling Laborer and Litter Control/Recycling Team Leader to the Fauquier County Government Position Classification and Compensation Plan.

Requested Action of the Board of Supervisors:

Consider adoption of the attached resolution.
