purpose of the work session is to review Section 42.1-35 of the
Code of Virginia and Section 2-21 of the Fauquier County Code
pertaining to the appointment of members to the Fauquier County
Library Board. Additional sections of the State and County Code
relating to local libraries have been included to provide additional
background information.
