Public Hearings 17. Virginia Department of Transportation Secondary Transportation Six-Year Plan – Pursuant to Section 33.1-70.01 of the Code of Virginia, 1950, as amended, a joint public hearing will be held with the Board of Supervisors and Resident Engineer for the Virginia Department of Transportation to receive public comment on the proposed Secondary System Construction Program for Fiscal Years 2005/06 through Fiscal Years 2010/2011. Copies of the proposed Program and Budget may be reviewed at the Warrenton Residency Office of the Virginia Department of Transportation, located at 457 East Shirley Avenue, Warrenton, Virginia.
