Actions Necessary to Accept the Donation of a Conservation
Easement from Lakeland Farm, LLC, on a 15.69-Acre Tract
Identified as PIN 6073-73-1955 |
|
Topic Description: |
|
The proposed resolution
authorizes the County Administrator and County Attorney to
take all actions necessary to accept a conservation easement
from Lakeland Farm, LLC. Under the proposed action,
Lakeland Farm, LLC will donate a conservation easement on a
15.69-acre parcel of land identified as PIN 6073-73-1955.
The property is located at 1700 Atoka Road in the Marshall
Magisterial District. The property has one residence on it
and, under the County's sliding scale, has the right to be
divided into one additional lot. The conservation easement
would prohibit that division, and any other future
divisions. |
