A Resolution to Amend the Fauquier County Board of Supervisors’ 2005 Legislative Priorities

Topic Description:

On July 19, 2004, the Fauquier County Board of Supervisors adopted its Legislative Program for 2005.  The Board now wishes to add a priority to reduce the maximum speed limit on all secondary roads to 45 miles per hour.

Requested Action of the Board of Supervisors: 

Consider adoption of the attached resolution.
