A Zoning

|
|
Topic
Description:
|
|
The Fauquier County Zoning Ordinance requires that barns be
set back 100 feet from property lines. Setbacks for barns
on or adjacent to RC/Rural Conservation, RA/Rural
Agriculture, I-1/Industrial, or I-2/Industrial districts may
be reduced by special permit approval. The proposed
amendment would add barns in Rural Residential (RR-2)
districts to those eligible for setback reductions. |
