RESOLUTION

A RESOLUTION TO ACCEPT THE FIRE RESCUE AND EMERGENCY SERVICES LONG RANGE SERVICE PLAN

            WHEREAS, in November of 2003, the Fire Rescue and Emergency Services Long Range Service Plan was published; and

            WHEREAS, in the Spring of 2004, the Service Plan was officially recognized by the Volunteer Fire & Rescue Association; and

            WHEREAS, several of the recommendations of the Service Plan have been resolved; and  

            WHEREAS, the Service Plan recommends an extensive improvement plan for the Fire Rescue Stations; now, therefore, be it

            RESOLVED by the Fauquier County Board of Supervisors this 10^th day of November 2005, That the Fire Rescue and Emergency Services Long Range Service Plan dated November 2003 be, and is hereby, accepted as the basis and platform from which to determine priorities of service improvements.
