A RESOLUTION TO CONSIDER GRANTING AN EASEMENT FOR ELECTRICAL SERVICES ASSOCIATED WITH IMPROVEMENTS TO THE

JOHN BARTON PAYNE BUILDING

            WHEREAS, as a part of the rehabilitation of the John Barton Payne Building, it is necessary to provide an easement for electrical services for this facility; and

WHEREAS, on November 10, 2005, the Board of Supervisors held a public hearing to receive citizens’ comments; now, therefore, be it

            RESOLVED by the Fauquier County Board of Supervisors this 10^th day of November 2005, That the County Administrator or his designee be, and is hereby, authorized to execute a Right-of-Way Easement Agreement for the rehabilitation of the John Barton Payne Building.
