A
resolution to authorize the County Administrator to execute
five year leases with Daniel France and Howard L. Grove and
Jane M. Grove, co-trustees, for the property that comprises
the Morrisville convenience site. The rental payment for
each lease is $5,000 per year, due in one installment on the
first business day of each calendar year. These five-year
leases are terminable by the County at will upon one year’s
notice or upon the non-appropriation of funds. The Lessors
may only terminate the leases for a substantial breach of
the agreement by the County, and only after notice and a
ninety day period for the County to cure the breach. After
five years, the leases are renewable for one-year terms. |
