Topic Description: |
|
The Code of Virginia
authorizes an agent of the governing body to execute plats
of vacation of all or a portion of a subdivision plat in
those instances where either no lots have been sold, or all
owners affected by the vacation agree to the vacation. The
attached resolution delegates to the subdivision agent the
authority to execute the plat or other instrument vacating a
plat or portion thereof. |
