Topic: 

A Work Session to Review General Fund Financial Results for Fiscal Year 2009

Topic Description:

The County’s annual independent audit has been completed for Fiscal Year 2009.  This work session is to review the status of the General Fund  reservations, designations and undesignated fund balance and carryover requests for use of fund balance in Fiscal Year 2010.  The County’s independent auditors, Robinson, Farmer, Cox Associates, will be attending a work session in December 2009, to provide a summary of their work and respond to questions from the Board of Supervisors.

Requested Action of the Board of Supervisors: 

Conduct the work session.
