A Resolution for Subdivision Street Acceptance for the Woods at Warrenton Subdivision: Bald Eagle Drive, Cooper’s Hawk Drive, Blue Heron Lane, Robin Lane, Swift Crossing, Redwinged Blackbird Drive, Barn Owl Court, and Bob White Court, Center Magisterial District

Topic Description:

Improvements to Bald Eagle Drive, Cooper’s Hawk Drive, Blue Heron Lane, Robin Lane, Swift Crossing, Redwinged Blackbird Drive, Barn Owl Court, and Bob White Court, serving the Woods at Warrenton Subdivision, have been completed in accordance with Virginia Department of Transportation (VDOT) requirements.  In order for the streets to be accepted into the Secondary System of State Highways, a request to VDOT for acceptance from the Board of Supervisors is required.

Requested Action of the Board of Supervisors: 

Consider adoption of the attached resolution.
