Topic Description: |
|
Previously the Board of
Supervisors approved an upgrade project for the private
streets in Bethel Academy Subdivision that will permit the
street to be taken into the Virginia Department of
Transportation (VDOT) State Secondary System of Highways.
The upgrade construction has been completed and it is now
time to request that VDOT take the streets into the
Secondary System of Highways.

Consider adoption of the
attached resolution. |

Financial Impacts Analysis: |
|
Adoption of the resolution
has no financial impact on the County, but does transfer the
duty to operate and maintain the roads from the homeowners
in Bethel Academy to the Virginia Department of
Transportation. |
