Topic: A Resolution to Waive a Special Exception Application Fee

Topic Description:

On July 20, 1993 , the Fauquier County Board of Supervisors granted a Special Exception to Frank Ott and Morgan Ott to reduce the required open space on a 54.2981-acre parcel to settle an Ott family estate.  A subdivision reflecting the open space reduction was not recorded within twelve (12) months of the Special Exception approval, so the approval expired.  The Otts would now like to proceed with the subdivision, which will require a new Special Exception application.  The Otts have requested that the Special Exception fees be waived.

Requested Action of the Board of Supervisors:

Consider adoption of the attached resolution.
