Topic Description:

A continuation of the
Board of Supervisors’ discussion regarding the potential to
establish the Fauquier County Visitor Center at the Raymond Farm
property at Route 29 and Route 605.
The Board of Supervisors held a work session on
October
20, 2003
to discuss a proposal to establish the
Fauquier
County
Visitor
Center
at Raymond Farm.
Following the October work session, the Board referred this
matter to the Town/County Liaison Committee for further
discussion. The Board
further directed that this matter be placed on the November agenda
at which time the Board extended an invitation to the Warrenton
Town Council to meet with the Board in joint session to continue
discussion of this proposal.
