a)      Joint Public Hearing with the Town Council for the Town of Warrenton on a Proposed Boundary Adjustment Agreement Adjusting a 65.446 Acre Portion of a Parcel of Land Identified as PIN 6974-62-2223-000 Into the Corporate Limits of the Town of Warrenton - The Town of Warrenton has contracted to purchase 65.446 acres from St. Leonard's Farm, Inc., for purposes of constructing a park and recreation facility.  The property is located on the northern side of Virginia State Route 211 and is adjacent to the Town's sewage treatment plant. The Town's contract requires, and the Town has requested, that the County agree to boundary adjust the 65.446 acres into the Town's corporate limits.  The Code of Virginia requires that a public hearing be held on the proposed boundary adjustment prior to the adoption of the boundary adjustment agreement resolution.  Center District. b)      Virginia Department of Transportation Secondary Transportation Six-Year Plan - Pursuant to Section 33.1-70.01 of the Code of Virginia, 1950, as amended, a joint public hearing will be held with the Board of Supervisors and Resident Engineer for the Virginia Department of Transportation to receive public comment on the proposed Secondary System Construction Program for Fiscal Years 2003/04 through Fiscal Years 2008/09.  Copies of the proposed Program and Budget may be reviewed at the Warrenton Residency Office of the Virginia Department of Transportation, located at 457 East Shirley Avenue , Warrenton , Virginia .  (Liz Cook and Bob Moore, Staff)  

c)      *Bealeton, Opal, and Remington Amendment to the Comprehensive Plan – The Board of Supervisors’ appointed Citizen Planning Committee prepared an amendment to Chapters Six (Service Districts), Nine (Public Facilities & Utilities) and Ten (Transportation) of the Comprehensive Plan.  This proposal for Bealeton, Opal and Remington is now subject to Board of Supervisors Public Hearing, review and refinements. d)      Fiscal Year 2002/2003 Budget Amendments – Consider an amendment to the FY 2002 adopted budget in the amount of $308,469 and the FY 2003 adopted budget in the amount of $547,013 for various budget related issues including, but not limited to, Purchase of Development Rights Program, new middle school construction, and modular classrooms at Fauquier and Liberty High Schools. e)      Amendment to New Baltimore Service District – Sewer Service Area – Comprehensive Plan Amendment, requested by the Board of Supervisors, to remove a portion of a 29.20 acre tract of land being identified as a portion of PIN #7915-31-0883-000 from the New Baltimore Sewer Service District Area, and reconfirming that PIN #7914-39-5958-000, #7914-39-7816-000, #7915-31-2397-000, #7915-31-6181-000, and #7915-40-0327-000 are not within the New Baltimore Sewer Service District Area. f)        Special Exception #SE03-CR-06 – Dennis W. Gordon, owner / applicant – Applicant wishes to obtain special exception approval under Category 26 of the Zoning Ordinance, which would allow for a decrease in the non-common open space requirement.  The property contains approximately 131.75 acres and is located on the south side of Cromwell Road, west of its intersection with Brent Town Road (Rt. 612), Cedar Run District. PIN #7848-61-9095-000 (Rick Carr, Staff)  

g)      Rezoning Request #RZ02-L-05 - Donald R. Tharpe, Trustee, owner/applicant - Applicant wishes to rezone 83 acres of an 85 acre parcel from Rural Agriculture (RA) to Planned Development Mixed Use (PDMU) to allow for a mixture of commercial and residential uses.  The property is located on the east side of Marsh Road (Route 17), near its intersection with Independence Avenue ( Private Street ), in the Bealeton Service District, Phase I - Sewered, Lee District .
