On November 10, 2005, the
Board of Supervisors reviewed the Long Range Service Plan
and opted to revisit the issue of its adoption in December
in order to consider changes proposed by the Fire and Rescue
Association. The Board also requested further information
on the issue of ownership of facilities, financing of
facilities and the long-term fiscal implications of the
County guaranteeing such financing. This work session is
intended to address these issues.
