A Resolution to Approve a WAIVER FOR a RIGHT-OF-WAY LESS THAN FIFTY FEET IN WIDTH
WHEREAS, Larry L. Allen, owner and applicant, is seeking a waiver to Zoning Ordinance Section 7-302.1.C. to allow a right-of-way that is less than fifty feet in width; and
WHEREAS, the applicant proposes to create one administrative lot and a residual lot from the 10.10-acre parcel, identified as PIN 6976-71-9721-000, with access via a twenty-five-foot easement which connects to Watery Mountain Road (Route 787); and
WHEREAS, on October 27, 2005, the Fauquier County Planning Commission recommended approval of the proposed Zoning Ordinance waiver; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED by the Fauquier County Board of Supervisors this 8th day of December 2005, That Zoning Ordinance Section 7-302 1.C be, and is hereby, waived to permit Larry L. Allen to create an administrative lot on the above referenced parcel which will be accessed by a right-of-way that is less than fifty (50) feet in width.
