Applications for Hearings Regarding Reassessments |

Topic Description: |
|
The Board of Assessors sets
the deadline for hearings by persons who wish to challenge
the values placed upon their properties. The attached
resolution, if adopted, requests that the Board of Assessors
extend the previously established deadline for requesting
such hearings (November 23, 2005). The extension of the
deadline for filing appeals would be contingent upon the
Circuit Court entering an order extending the term of the
Board of Assessors for an additional 30 days. |
