A Resolution to Authorize the Execution of a Deed of Vacation or Boundary Line Adjustment Between Two County Properties

Topic Description:

Renovations to the Adult Detention Center encroach slightly on an adjoining parcel also in County ownership.  The encroachment may be cured by a boundary line adjustment between the two parcels or vacation of the boundary line.

Requested Action of the Board of Supervisors: 

Consider adoption of the attached resolution.
