Satisfaction Survey of the Services Provided by Local
Government |

Topic Description: |

In November 2004, Mr. Graham
and staff met with representatives of the Center for Survey
Research at the University of Virginia to discuss
contracting with their firm to
perform a citizen
satisfaction survey in order to gauge the level of
satisfaction with County government services. This work
session is an opportunity for the Center for Survey Research
to summarize this process for the Board of Supervisors, and
for the Board to discuss and consider the feasibility of
such a project. |
