A Resolution Authorizing the County Administrator to Execute a Boundary Adjustment Agreement Adjusting a 3.389 Acre Parcel of Land Into Warren County

Topic Description:

The proposed resolution authorizes the County Administrator to execute a boundary adjustment agreement adjusting 3.889 acres, identified as the property of Mark Sonder and Roxanne Sonder, PIN #6002-72-9706-000, into the County of Warren. The purpose of the proposed boundary adjustment is to have the property adjusted into the County of Warren which provides the property most of its services and to establish Freezeland Road as the boundary between the Counties.

Requested Action of the Board of Supervisors:

Conduct a public hearing and consider adoption of the attached resolution.

Financial Impacts Analysis:

Loss of real property taxes for the parcel.
