Topic: 

A Resolution Authorizing the County Administrator to Execute an Extension of the Contract for Lease at Warrenton-Fauquier Airport Between Essar Aviation, LLC, and the County of Fauquier

Topic Description:

The County currently leases to Essar Aviation, LLC, premises at the Warrenton-Fauquier Airport for the purpose of operation of a flight school.  That lease expires on December 31, 2009.  The parties wish to extend the lease on a month-to-month basis until the County completes its procurement process to procure another tenant to operate the flight school. 

Requested Action of the Board of Supervisors: 

Consider adoption of the attached resolution.

Financial Impacts Analysis:

There is no negative financial impact to Fauquier County.
