A Resolution to Authorize the Acceptance of a Conservation Easement Over the Property of Cynthia Anne Polk

Topic Description:

The above-named property owners have proposed to grant a conservation easement which will effectively consolidate four tax map parcels into two separate parcels, one of approximately 43.1832 acres and one of 12.6139 acres.  The parcels are located in Scott Magisterial District.

Requested Action of the Board of Supervisors: 

Consider adoption of the attached resolution.
