A Resolution for Subdivision Street Acceptance for the Silver Cup Subdivision: Silver Cup Drive, Iron Bit Drive, and Reins Lane, Marshall Magisterial District

Topic Description:

Improvements to Silver Cup Drive, Iron Bit Drive, and Reins Lane, serving the Silver Cup Subdivision, have been completed in accordance to Virginia Department of Transportation (VDOT) requirements.  In order for the streets to be accepted into the Secondary System of State Highways, a request to VDOT for acceptance from the Board of Supervisors is required.

Requested Action of the Board of Supervisors: 

Consider adoption of the attached resolution.
