donate a conservation easement over property located in
Marshall District in the vicinity of the Appalachian Trail
and other properties subject to conservation easements. |

attached resolution. |

No financial impact analysis
has been conducted. The property will be automatically
eligible for land use taxation upon recordation of the
easement but potential residential development will be
permanently reduced. |
