A Resolution to Authorize the Conveyance of Three Acres to New Baltimore Volunteer Fire and Rescue Company, Inc.

 

Topic Description:

Fauquier County is in the process of acquiring a proffered site of approximately three (3) acres at Bishops Run for use by the New Baltimore Volunteer Fire and Rescue Company, Inc. as a fire station site.  Prior to conveyance of its real property, the County must conduct a public hearing. 

Requested Action of the Board of Supervisors: 

Consider adoption of the attached resolution.
