to donate a conservation easement over property located in
Marshall District in the vicinity of the Village of
Rectortown and other properties subject to conservation
easements. |

No financial impact analysis
has been conducted. The property will be automatically
eligible for land use taxation upon recordation of the
easement, but potential residential development will be
permanently reduced. |
