A Resolution to Authorize Acceptance of Service and Filing of Responsive Pleadings in the Cross Creek Investments, LLC  Litigation

Topic Description:

The County has not been served with the lawsuit challenging its action approving the Cross Creek rezoning and special exception.  Accepting service will accelerate the disposition of the case.

Consider adoption of the attached resolution.
