A Resolution for Subdivision Street Acceptance for New Baltimore Knolls: Emily Anne Court, Scott Magisterial District

Topic Description:

Improvements to Emily Anne Court, serving the New Baltimore Subdivision, have been completed.  In order for the street to be accepted into the Secondary System of State Highways, a request to the Virginia Department of Transportation (VDOT) for acceptance from the Board of Supervisors is required.

Requested Action of the Board of Supervisors: 

Consider adoption of the attached resolution.
