Rights (PDR) Committee Recommends the Board of Supervisors
Approve Funding for Four Qualifying Applicants to the PDR
Program as shown on the attached scoring sheet. |

Consider adoption of the
attached resolution. |

Financial Impacts Analysis: |
|
Applicants’ payment of
$30,000 per development right will be paid entirely from the
County’s PDR Program fund. All combined, the County will pay
$1,950,000 for 65 development rights to protect 1,114.6
acres. |
