An Ordinance to Amend the Fauquier County Design Standards Manual and Chapter 11 of the Fauquier County Code Pertaining to Erosion and Sediment Control

Topic Description:

A public hearing to consider the revision of Fauquier County Code Chapter 11 that is contained in Section 208 of the Fauquier County Design Standards Manual, to bring the Code more into conformance with the Code of Virginia and the Department of Conservation and Recreation model Ordinance.

Requested Action of the Board of Supervisors: 

Consider adopting the attached Ordinance.
