Topic: 

A Resolution to Transfer $500,000 from the Auburn Middle School Project to the Claude Thompson Elementary School Project

Topic Description:

The attached resolution requests that the Board of Supervisors approve the transfer of $500,000 from the over $1 million remaining in Auburn Middle School construction appropriations (see attached) to the Claude Thompson Elementary School Renovation Project. Additional funding is needed to support the estimated increase in costs to renovate Claude Thompson Elementary School. A breakdown of these costs is also attached. Transfers between projects in the Capital Fund require Board of Supervisors’ approval.

Requested Action of the Board of Supervisors: 

Consider adoption of the attached resolution.
