A Resolution to Authorize Reclassifying the Position of Senior Assistant County Attorney from Part-Time Permanent to Full-Time Permanent (30 Hours per Week)

Topic Description:
The Office of the County Attorney currently has a part-time Senior Assistant County Attorney position.  Kevin Burke, County Attorney, requests reclassifying the position to full-time permanent (30 hours per week).  

This request has received the endorsement of the Personnel Committee.

Requested Action of the Board of Supervisors:
Consider adoption of the attached resolution.

 

Fiscal Impact Analysis:
Funds are currently in the County Attorney Budget for FY2007.
