A Resolution to Initiate a Zoning Text Amendment to Section 7-502 and addition of Section 7-2003 to Authorize the Creation of Rural Health Remediation Districts and to Create Standards for Approval, by Special Exception, of Community Wastewater Systems in Such Districts

Topic Description:

The proposed amendment would permit the creation of a rural Health Remediation District to be served by a Community Wastewater System subject to the standards and conditions set forth in the proposed amendments.

Consider adoption of the attached resolution.
