Topic: 

 A Resolution to Acknowledge the Necessity for Private Street Access to Bealeton Station Apartments     

Topic Description:

 Special Exception SEA00-L-03 relieved Bealeton Station from the requirement to build an underpass under Route 17, connecting Station Drive to Remington Road.  The change in the status of the access to Bealeton Station Apartments affected the ability of the Virginia Department of Transportation to accept this portion of Willow Drive into the State system, but recorded documents and the site plan continue to reflect future dedication of this portion of Willow Drive.

Requested Action of the Board of Supervisors: 

Consider adoption of the attached resolution.
