Submission Requirements:

• Land Development Application
  (DOC or PDF)
• Minor Site Plan Checklist
• VDOT Site Plan Checklist
• Fee check:            Non-Residential Fee plus $2,400 if no Special Exception for Telecommunication Site Plan
                                  $500 plus $50/acre for all other non-residential development
                                  $500 plus $50/unit for residential development
• 10 copies of folded plans (or fewer if authorized by staff)
