REZONING AMENDMENT
(Substantive changes, e.g. to the Concept Development Plan, Proffered Conditions and Traffic Impact Analysis – does not include changing Zoning districts or categories)
I) Pre-submission Meeting
- A pre-submission meeting is required prior to application submission. Call 540-422-8200 to schedule a meeting. Applicant is responsible for bringing plat, Illustrative/Concept Development Plan for proposed use and any other pertinent information such as Special Exception, Rezoning or Comprehensive Plan Approval (Conditions, Proffers, etc.)
II) Submission Requirements
- Land Development Application
(DOC or PDF)
- Fee Calculation Sheet
- Fee check
- 15 copies of amended Statement of Justification, if applicable
- 15 copies of amended Proffer(s), if applicable
- 15 copies of amended Concept Development Plan (folded), if applicable
- 15 copies of original Rezoning submission to include Statement of Justification,
Proffer Statement, Rezoning Plat or Concept Development Plan (folded) and
any other pertinent documents
