Submission Requirements

• Land Development Application (DOC or PDF)
• 5 copies of a Statement of Justification
• Fee Check: $200 for Waivers requiring Administrative Approval
                        $350 for Waivers requiring Board of Supervisor Approval
• 5 copies of drawing, sketch or plat (folded) illustrating waiver request

*NOTE: If a waiver is being requested in conjunction with another land development application, a separate application is not required. Include waiver request and pay waiver fee as part of the larger development application.
