These materials are "ACCEPTABLE" in the used antifreeze tank:

Ethylene glycol based antifreeze
Glycol based coolants from chillers/HVAC systems
Propylene glycol based antifreeze
Ethylene glycol based de-icers/antifreeze

Why Recycle?

Similar to motor oil, antifreeze never wears out, it just gets dirty, and when filtered, it can be reused.
