The suspect in the burglary of a home on Halfway Rd in northern Fauquier County Friday night, Jan 25th is in custody.
Damian Scott Francis Falero, 29, of Farmville, VA was arrested at a motel in Richmond, VA. The stolen 2011 white Chrysler Van was also located.
A warrant was issued Friday night charging Falero with burglary. Falero is currently in the custody of Richmond police, Fauquier Sheriff’s detectives are in Richmond at this time furthering the investigation.
