Text Amendment to Create a Marshall Gateway Special District |

Topic Description: |

The Marshall Service
District Committee has made recommendations which are
intended to create a mixed use gateway at the Route 17
entranceway to Marshall Service District. At this point, it
is appropriate to adopt a zoning ordinance text amendment to
implement the district. |

Board of Supervisors:

Consider adoption of the
attached resolution. |

Financial Impacts Analysis: |
|
It is anticipated that the
proposed amendment will result in rezonings which will
increase the commercial tax base within the Marshall Service
District. |
