• Letter of request
• Sealed reduction spreadsheet
• $500 fee check

II) Additional Information

Before any bond for stormwater management facilities can be reduced or released, the following must be provided for review and approval:

• As-Built Survey Requirements for SWM/BMP facilities
• Stormwater Management/BMP Agreement (Microsoft Word Document)
