LAND DISTURBING PERMIT
(FOR ADMINISTRATIVE SUBDIVISIONS)

I) Submission Requirements

• Land Development Application
  (Choose* Microsoft Word Format or Acrobat PDF Format)
• A Land Disturbing Permit Application is required for Administrative Subdivisions in cases where grading associated with private roads and lots exceeds 10,000 square feet.
• Fee Calculation Sheet
• Fee Check
• Responsible Land Disturber Certification
• Copy of signed and approved Construction Plans

II) Additional Information

• Obtain information on Erosion and Sediment Control Inspection
• Visit the VSMP website
• Evidence of valid VDOT Entrance permit required prior to release of Land Disturbing Permit.
• Evidence of an approved Zoning Permit will be required prior to issuance of Land Disturbing Permit.
