I) Submission Requirements

• Land Development Application (DOC or PDF)
• Fee Calculation Sheet
• Fee check
• Non-Residential Division Checklist signed by surveyor or engineer
• Copy of approved Concept Development Plan OR
• Copy of approved Plan of Development
• Property Owners Association Documents, if used
• Subdivision Deed, if used
• A Deed of Ingress-Egress Easement may be required where private streets are proposed.
• 5 plats (folded) with original signatures of property owners and seal and signature of engineer or surveyor
